Are you tired of the last-minute dinner scrambles and the stress of not knowing what to feed your family each day?
Meal planning is the solution you’ve been searching for, and I’m here to teach you how to meal plan and guide you through a step-by-step process that will revolutionize the way you approach meal planning.
I am teaching this process in a 3 day challenge designed to set you up for success. We will go through the steps together, so you can implement them as we go along.
Starting on Monday, this challenge will walk you through the process of meal planning using my tried-and-tested strategy that caters to all lifestyles and schedules, no matter how busy you may be.
Let me walk you through the challenges we will be doing on each day, which are essentially the 3 easy steps to a successful meal plan.
Day 1: Seasonal Groundwork
The first step involves laying the foundation for your meal planning by considering seasonal changes and family preferences. By understanding what your family enjoys and what suits each season, you can streamline your meal planning process.
I will teach you my ‘Meal Mapping’ process, which is an exercise that helps you come up with different types of meals suited for different days, depending how much time you have on your hands to prep and cook.
Seasonal Groundwork is recommended to be repeated twice a year, as the seasons change from warm to cold and vice versa.
Day 2: Meal Plan
On day two, we dive into crafting your meal plan based on the insights gained from the ‘Seasonal Groundwork’, and especially the ‘Meal Mapping’ exercise. By looking ahead at your calendar and utilizing what you’ve come up with in Day 1, you can create a plan that fits into your busy schedule effortlessly, and very efficiently too.
Day 3: Stock Your Pantry
The final day of the challenge focuses on creating a grocery list that aligns with your meal plan. In addition – I also teach you my tried and tested method to stocking your pantry with the essentials, so you are armed with all that you need to feed your family from breakfast to dinnertime, without forgetting to buy anything.
Congratulations! You have set yourself up for stress-free cooking and meal preparation! This is hands-down the easiest way to meal plan – and, with the workbook I provide for free with the challenge (which you have to join!), you have a plug and play system that you can reuse over and over.
Conclusion:
Meal planning doesn’t have to be a daunting task. With the right strategies and guidance, you can take control of your meals and enjoy stress-free dinners with your family. Join us on this journey to mastering meal planning and watch as your kitchen transforms into a space of efficiency and easy family meals.
