I know, I know. You sit down to meal plan and….arghh!! Your mind goes blank. The 100 recipes resource has been of an immense help to many, so here goes taking it a step further. I’ve created 2 seasonal meal plan templates for you to be able to base your meal plan on. If you use this in tandem with the 100 recipes – you’re golden!

Salad Mondays – A good ‘ol healthy salad right after the weekend
Taco Tuesdays – Tacos are E-A-S-Y, versatile and loved by all
Pasta Wednesdays – What’s not to love about pasta?
Treat yourself Thursdays – Cook up family favourites. Ask the kids or hubby what they’d like to see served!
Fishy Fridays – Because fish and summer go hand in hand
BBQ Saturdays – What else? 😉

Soup Mondays – I always stick to light & nourishing after the weekend

Parting thoughts…
I intentionally list Monday to Saturday because I’m a firm believer in taking at least one night off a week from cooking.
You can switch it up, of course. Curry nights, Mexican, traditional, whatever tickles your fancy should be on your list. My templates are there to pinch, inspire or amend as you wish.
Of course you can meal plan any other way Jose! I find that structure gives me less options, and therefore decisions are taken way quicker. No more analysis paralysis!
